Ultimate Scrapbooking Weekend in Florham Park, NJ (Aug. 19-21, 2011)

Join us for our 2011 Scrappetizer Summer Retreat Weekend on August
19-21, 2011 at the Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference Center in Florham
Park, NJ. Everyone raves about the great dining experience -- all meals
are included!

The focus of the weekend is, of course, YOU. Individual 5 foot tables
will be provided for each attendee in a well-lit ballroom. You will be
comfortably seated in a lightweight ergonomic chair with electric
provided to every table. Just outside the "crop" room are 4
computer stations connected to the internet for your convenience.
Multiple vendors will be on hand with scrapbooking, stamping,
papercrafting, altered book supplies, embellishments, paper, and a
variety of other items. We have a well-stocked tool station for your use
including 2 Cricut Expressions, Cricut Imagine with multiple cartridges,
cutting tools and punches.

We invite all scrapbookers, stampers, card makers and papercrafters.
Each attendee will have gourmet meals, snacks,
prizes, use of our cricut machines and cartridges and much, much more!
We have day and overnight packages to choose from.

The cropping space at the Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference Center is
the gold standard of crop rooms to date! I loved everything from the

GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

Crop Room

Opens at 10:00 am on Fri., Jan. 28 and at 7:30 am on Sat. & Sun. mornings.

Please drive your car to the general hotel entrance under the awning where the on-site bellman will be ready to assist you in bringing your bags to your space in the crop room. This service & gratuities are included in your package.

Tool Center

Scrappetizer has a full tool center with the New Cricut Imagine, Cricut Expressions and a large assortment of cartridges for your use. You may bring your own 12 x 12 cutting mat or purchase one at the crop. We have 12 x 12 trimmers, circle cutters, tools and punches.

Computers

Complimentary wireless internet access throughout the hotel
4 computer work stations with a black and white printer next to the crop room for checking the internet anytime during the weekend.

Electric
Electric is available at all of the tables.

Meals, Snacks, Beverages

The continuous morning and afternoon break station will be available from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 pm daily. Bottled water, juices, coffee, tea and coke products will be provided along with an abundance of snacks!. Hot Beverages will continue until midnight!

FRIDAY Lunch is on your own-- The hotel offers a buffet lunch or you can order a meal at Vanderbilts Bar. The first meal provided on Friday will be the dinner buffet with dinner served between 6:00 - 9:00 pm.

SATURDAY Continental breakfast provided at the break station area. Buffet lunch and dinner at the Arrive dining room.

SUNDAY Continental breakfast provided at the break station area. Buffet lunch at the Arrive dining room between 11:30 am - 2:00 pm.

Vanderbilts Sports Bar will be open for drinks and late night snacks. They have a special $3.00 happy hour on Friday from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm.

Work-out

Sports Club & swimming pool with lap lane, whirlpool, fitness room with a variety of equipment. All cardio equipment is outfitted with a personal LCD television.

Train Station

The Hamilton Park offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the train station. The station is Convent Station in Morristown. You can send me your train information and I will be happy to confirm the arrival time with the hotel. You can also call the main hotel number when you are a few stops from Convent Station at: 973-377-2424.

You may bring unwanted scrapbooking items to give away or to sell (please nothing currently offered by any of our vendors). A table will be available for these items!

REMINDER: Remember to dress in layers as the optimum temperature is not always the same for every person!

1) Ronnie with reflexology services will be with us on Saturday. Reflexology is used to relieve stress and tension, stimulate deep relaxation, improve blood supply, and promote healthy nerve impulses to normalize and balance the entire body.

Cost is $22 for 20 minutes or $44 for 40 minutes hands or feet or both Available Saturday 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm
